The engine on my WRX went out and they said the lower end had to be replaced. 3 months later they said it was ready to pick up. I started it and the idle was off and they kept it. Off and on for the next 7 months, they kept saying it was the tune when I had taken the tune off it access port) the day after it had been originally towed there. The mechanic had also flashed it with the current factory tune a few times but still had the same problem. Finally they found a gasket wasn't right ...
Buying experience was good. I would not recommend there service department. Had an appointment for oil change and to look at screen display flashing on and off. Took over 2.5 hrs to get oil changed and to be told they found nothing wrong with display. They went on to tell us to take a video of it if it happens again. It happens when driving not setting still.
